We are seeking an organized Communications Assistant with strong administrative skills and excellent technical skills in video editing and graphic design to support administration, project management and communications for a large transformation program. The ideal candidate is efficient, detail-oriented and a team player.

What the day will look like.
Reporting to the Business Delivery Lead, your responsibilities will include:
Content Creation and Messaging: 60%
- Crafting compelling and engaging content for various communication channels, including videos, infographics, newsletters, briefing papers, presentations, and digital platforms.
- Ensure consistency in messaging while adapting tone and style to resonate with diverse audiences.
- Supporting with events and meetings
Communications Admin Support:30%
Providing administrative support to the project communications team by:
- Managing the shared mailbox, responding to emails, planning and sending out event and meeting invitations using Outlook and Teams
- Drafting and editing emails, PowerPoint presentations and other copy as needed
- Updating databases and spreadsheets
- Ad hoc administrative tasks as needed.
Project Admin Support 10%
- Updating Project plans and other governance processes
- Attend meetings and workshops as needed
Skills and experience that will lead to success.
- Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
- Solid researching and writing skills in English
- Excellent communication abilities (oral and written)
- Proficiency in design software including Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and After Effects
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office365
Language skills
- English C1
- French/Dutch/German (min B2)
- Other language skills welcome
